It is with great pride and excitement that I officially welcome Uni stakeholders: students, families, faculty, staff and community partners back to in-person instruction and to the 2021-2022 academic year. I am looking forward to our continued collaboration and partnership, all with the vision and mission to provide safe, quality, well-rounded and rigorous academic experiences to our students.
After 17 months, I am excited to once again feel the energy and the life that our school community brings to the campus. You were all missed very much!
Our number one priority at University High School Charter is the safety of our students, faculty and staff. With your commitment to our school community, along with the COVID Compliance Task Force, we will continue to navigate safely this new transition to in-person instruction. We will continue to practice all health and safety procedures within work areas and classrooms. This includes wearing a face mask covering mouth and nose at all times, generating a daily pass before entry to the campus, regular hand-washing, enhanced daily cleaning of workspaces and limiting the size of employees and student group gatherings.
I want to thank you in advance for your partnership and understanding as we work together to promote a safe and healthy school and community environment for all.
Lastly, THANK YOU once again for your unwavering support of teaching and learning and for skillfully sailing along with the Uni team on these uncharted waters for the last 17 months. It's wonderful to have you all back!
With Wildcat Pride.
Your Proud Principal,
