Chromebook and Device Distribution Update for FALL 2021:

 

We are in the process of refurbishing more chromebooks.  If you are still in need of a chromebook or hotspot, please fill out a Student Device Request Form 2021-22 and you will be notified via email with a date and time to come in and pick up your new device.  PICK-UP IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.  Make sure to check your email regularly (and spam folder). 

 

A friendly reminder, when you receive your device, please handle it CAREFULLY!  The screens and keys are fragile.  Thank you!

 

STUDENTS MUST HAVE A COMPLETED DIGITAL DEVICE PARENT CONSENT FORM ON FILE PRIOR TO RECEIVING A NEW DEVICE.  HAVE YOUR PARENT/GUARDIAN COMPLETE THE FORM ONLINE INSIDE THEIR PARENT PORTAL ACCOUNT AND BRING A SCREENSHOT OR PRINT-OUT AS VERIFICATION OF COMPLETION UPON PICK-UP.  

 

ONE FORM FOR ALL MEMBERS OF THE FAMILY IS SUFFICIENT.  DO NOT DELAY PICK-UP OF YOUR DEVICE BY HAVING YOUR DIGITAL CONSENT FORM COMPLETED BEFORE YOU ARRIVE.  THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER!

 
PARENTS/GUARDIANS WILL NEED A SPECIAL PARENT PIN TO SET UP THEIR PARENT PORTAL ACCOUNT AND MAY REQUEST ONE HERE: REQUEST FOR PARENT PIN FORM.

 

**ON-GOING: Weekly Live Tech Support for Students**

Recurring Mondays @ 3:30 pm - 4:15 pm.  BY INVITATION ONLY. 

 

In order to participate, STUDENT MUST:

  • Fill out a Student Tech Request Form. Make sure to clearly describe your issue so that it can be fully addressed during the session.
  • Confirm your appointment time by responding to your email confirmation. (Check your inbox and spam folder). 
  • Adhere to appointment time by signing in at 3:30 pm. 
  • Email Ms. Becker directly if you need to cancel or reschedule- elb8773@lausd.net

Please be mindful of your appointment time!  We will close the zoom session by 3:45 pm if there are NO SHOWS.
