If you are still in need of a chromebook or hotspot, please fill out a Student Device Request Form 2021-22 and you will be notified via email with a date and time to come in and pick up your new device. PICK-UP IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Make sure to check your email regularly (and spam folder).
A friendly reminder, when you receive your device, please handle it CAREFULLY! The screens and keys are fragile. Thank you!
STUDENTS MUST HAVE A COMPLETED DIGITAL DEVICE PARENT CONSENT FORM ON FILE PRIOR TO RECEIVING A NEW DEVICE. HAVE YOUR PARENT/GUARDIAN COMPLETE THE FORM ONLINE INSIDE THEIR PARENT PORTAL ACCOUNT AND BRING A SCREENSHOT OR PRINT-OUT AS VERIFICATION OF COMPLETION UPON PICK-UP.
ONE FORM FOR ALL MEMBERS OF THE FAMILY IS SUFFICIENT. DO NOT DELAY PICK-UP OF YOUR DEVICE BY HAVING YOUR DIGITAL CONSENT FORM COMPLETED BEFORE YOU ARRIVE. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER!
