CHROMEBOOK UPDATE, TROUBLESHOOTING & STUDENT REQUESTS

 

Students: before you bring your Chromebook in for service, please try these troubleshooting tips. Please fully charge your chromebook, log out, restart, log back in and change your password. If that doesn’t work, try these guides:

Students who have a device that still needs repair need to know that the replacement will take some time, so if your device is functional, you are wise to keep it as long as you can use it.

 

IMPORTANT TECH FORMS:

Mr. Mc Clure will monitor the forms below and summon students to bring their defective devices to Room 235.  Devices will be switched out for new ones upon availability. 

If you have a defective device, fill out a STUDENT TECH HELP REQUEST FORM.

 

Use this form if you are:

  • Having trouble with your current device
  • Having Schoology, Zoom or other APP issues OR
  • You have other Access Issues. 
  • Be patient, Mr. Mc Clure or another Tech Team Support member will contact you ASAP to address your issue.

 

STUDENT DEVICE REQUEST FORM: Use this form to request a new device or hotspot.

 

Fill out this form to request your pin information.
