PASSPort Parent Portal

Access to PASSport Parent Portal for Student Information and Grades:
LAUSD uses the PASSport Parent Portal as the system for accessing grades and student information.  All parents should create an account so you can access grades and communicate with teachers, in addition to updating your records, i.e., changes in mailing address, email address, telephone numbers and emergency contact information. 
There are a number of other resources available once you are in the PASSport system including attendance, discipline, health, transportation, e-choices, meal applications, etc.  Together, this system is called PASSport.  Students and teachers use Schoology.  Schoology is already a part of PASSport.

Recurring Mondays @ 3:30 pm - 4:15 pm. 



These sessions will be facilitated by Ms. Becker and Ms. Folsoi.  Students need to fill out a  Student Tech Request Form in order to participate.  Students will then be sent an email confirmation with a zoom link and passcode to log on.  Please make sure to clearly describe your issue so that it can be fully addressed during the session.

LAUSD PASSPORT Instructions for PARENTS: You will need your 4-digit parent pin code and student's ID.  

  1.       Have an email account and know your students district ID number (from student ID cards or report cards).   
  2.       Go to
  3.       Click on “LOGIN REGISTER”
  4.       Choose option #4 “Register for an Account”
  5.       Fill out the required information and click “Register.”
  6.       Open up your personal email account and look for a confirmation email from PASSPORT. You need this email to activate your account.
  7.      Click on the link in your confirmation email and create a new password for your PASSPORT account.

Link your child to your account:

  1.       Log in to PASSPORT
  2.       Provide the requested information (parent pin #; student ID) and click “ADD A STUDENT”
  3.       Identify yourself by selecting your name and click “THIS IS ME”
  4.       Click “FINISH”
  5.       Repeat these steps for each child attending LAUSD Schools.

Parent pins and Student Pins are two different pins.  Student pins are used for Schoology and Chromebook access.  Parent Pins are for adding and verifying your child on Parent Portal.
